Quilt With Us

Took time out from quilting to ride snowmobile on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; it was our first ride of the season as we have not had enough snow on trails to ride.  Finally snowed 5 inches last week so out came the sleds.  Rode with kids and grandkids.  Over those 3 days we put on 240 miles.  By the time we got home yesterday the trails were well worn so the sleds are back in the garage till next year unless we get a snowstorm soon.  Temp today was 56, 15 degrees warmer than normal.  Snow is melting fast and water is on top of ice on lakes.  The sun shining on by back feels oh, so good; spring is here!!!

Must get back to quilting!

We were in the high 40's yesterday.  It was truly a heat wave.  On the down side, snow is expected over the weekend.  Your day out on the sleds sounds like a good family day.

Sounds like you had a fun time.  We need a break now and again.

It does feel like spring again in Wisconsin!  Feb. 28 we left for vacation with -21 degrees and today we might reach 60!  I would like to say we brought the warm temps from our Mexico vacation back with us, but no one would fall for it.
