Quilt With Us

I am having surgery on my right elbow on Tuesday so I hurried to get these 2 quilts done.  The 1st one was made up of blocks made by members of the Machine Embroidery Buddies a few years ago.  The other one was also machine embroidered.  It just took a couple of days to make as I wanted a new fall quilt for a wall in my living room.

Thanks Sharon.  My surgery went very well.  Some discomfort, but tolerable.  The dr said he had to move the nerve back to the front of my arm.

Beautiful job on both and you'll love seeing the wall hanging one on your wall. Hope all goes as it should on your surgery and no more pain.

Both look great, Janet! You met your deadline for sure. Prayers for a successful surgery tomorrow and thorough recovery afterwards. Hope it brings you some relief!

Love them both!  Sometimes those deadlines give us the push we need to get some projects put in the "finished" pile, huh?  Praying your surgery and recovery both go as well as possible so you are back to doing the things you love soon.

Anyway, nice finishes, both.

Thanks Irene.  I love how you can take a simple machine embroidery design and turn it in to a quilt.

The quilts are both beautiful Janet. I love the looks of machine embroidery.
