Heather Farrar, the narrator of my Civil War woman's book, Stitch of Courage, put together a video that shows photos of the quilts my great grandmother made, along with narrative of the book. Enjoy!

Audiobooks are becoming very popular, and you can see why with people so busy in commutes, etc. I listened to them constantly when I was painting the interior of our house. It really helped time go by. But I sure like holding a printed book, lost in the story locked in the pages...
Thank you for posting the link, very interesting hearing the letter and seeing the quilts. I also love the feel of books, but spend my quilting time listening to audio books. Technology is amazing.
Beautiful quilts. How exciting for you to see them like this. Good luck with the audio books. Know quite a few people who regularly listen to books this way. I'm old school- like the printed page, the feel of a book in my hands.
I had no idea what the narrator was going to do when she asked for quilt photos. Just fun to see the old quilts my great grandmother made- that I slept under for years. Now they are practically "famous"!
Linda, Good luck with your audio books. How exciting for you! What a great display of your great grandmother's quilts. Very interesting.
It was the next step in getting books to the reader-so they could listen to them. Technology keeps changing...
Thanks for the note Pam. I appreciate it!
Just listened to it...thank you for posting the link. You must be very excited to see your books in audio!
