Quilt With Us

I have been quilting for 12 years now and believe it or not I just made my first Yo-Yo project for our catalog (remind you this was not a choice of my own). The project consisted of 49 - 3/4" finished yo-yo's and measured 5-1/4" square when completed. Wow, that is truly a miniature! When I finished I said I would never make another one but let me remind you, never say "never"! You can order this project on our website.

A few weeks later we were all given the opportunity to design our own onesie for a shower gift for Melissa's first baby. Well, to my surprise I thought of embellishing mine with, you guessed it, yo-yo's. Can't wait to see baby in all her adorable onesies.

There are quite alot of different ways you can use yo-yo's and they are easy to make. So, never say "never".

Happy sewing and I look forward to sharing my other surprising projects.

I have a yo-yo project to start and I can not get in to it. I is a rabbit, for my grandaughter. After seeing your very cute minature quilt, I think I will try to get started.

OK I took pictures of my yo-yo quilts. One complete and the other one is in progress for the last 8 years. I take it with me places because it is portable. My finished yo-yo is 2". I don't think I could make them as small as yours.
