Thanks for the info....as you can see I'm new on this project. After I wrote I did see the info. Guess it was just "too plain to see". Have ordered the fabric - Looking forward to working on this. You have some beautiful photos!! You are a very busy lady!
Hi! Sherrie Roberts, New to this Group. I saw you have a recipe for Chocolate Zucchini Bread? Have you ever put Bacon in it too? I would like your recipe. If it is allowed. Love that Quilt on the bed. Here is a Block for a Quilt I am working on. Will be months before it is finished.
Love your photos, I wake early to get some sewing done before heading out the door for errunds. When I return tired out, and snooze daily for 1-2hr a habit I started when hit 52yrs. It feels good, then I head to basement to work on my sewing, the evening passes away very quickly..
Barbara, After I printed it out - I realized that wasn't the one I wanted...then, I went on the "Crafty Quilter..and there it was,,the one that looks like a regular pillow case. So I am going to make them instead. Have you made the little travel pillow cases? Hope your Christmas was good...
I have made 2 quilts for QOV. Great organization! I have made a couple of other donated quilts for fundraisers. The most recent to Hospice.
I wish I had an embroidery group close by. The place that I bought it from will give me a lesson if I want to go by there. It is on Tues evenings if I make an appt. Hubby and I carpool on that day, so I would have to make other arrangements. The lesson time is 6 pm so I would have to find something to do for an hour. I guess I could hang out at work....oh, did I just say that!!! No! lol
I did belong to a quilting quild, but they meet during the day. I went to a few meetings but had a difficult time taking off work to go to the meetings.
