Gwyn we are in Red Deer almost every day as our one son goes to Parkland and we have to drive him. So meeting you sometime will not be an issue. My friend bought it in Nov, 2006 and didn't use it at she had got it to go with the Next Generation Quilt Frame and could never get the hang of it. The frame I mean. She had her other machine that she used for sewing so this one just sat there until I bought it Dec. 2007. I used it twice and then got my singer fixed and used it until Dec.2008 and then it died. I have used the Husqvarna since. But like I said I do mostly hand work so It goes weeks without being touched. I have the original bill of sales and she paid $1799. I bought it from her for $1700. My husband would like to ask $700. for it. It has the extension table with it and the walking foot and the 1/4" foot and of course the open toe foot. Anyway if you are interested let me know and we can arrange a time fot you to look at it.
Gwyn: Welcome to the Quilt Frame. I also have a supervisor Cat named Ruby. She never lets a stitch get away from her and is always around to smooth those bumpy places wherever they may be. I might add that I am in love with your part of the world - I wish I could live there. So glad to have you join us. Joyce
