Anita If you are still interested in the Civil War swap the deadline has been bumped for September. Let me know if your in and if so, please send along your mailing address and such so I can add you to the list of participants. Thanks. Debra
Anita, I would love to be your quilty friend. I love the pic of your little cowboy grandson. My second grandson loves cowboy stuff! He has lots of guns, always wears the boots, things like that. He's 11, and has always been this way, not by example, just on his own.
Anita, I love your quilts especially the Texas one. Did you quilt it too? Pretty darn good for a beginner! What is this online quilt university? Can you send me the link? You may have done it somewhere but can't find it. Love your snow pictures!
Thanks, Anita. Small world. I have a niece and her family up in Frisco, too. It has a nice, quaint downtown area that I liked. Appreciate the link to online classes. From one newbie to another: Happy quilting! See you around the boards.

Would love to be your friend. I have connections to Hutch also. Some of my husband's relatives live there. I lived there for a short time way back when I just got out of high school. Lived with a bunch of girls while looking for a job, they were going to JUCO, then a couple of them had a falling out as one girl's boyfriend had basically moved in, they moved out and the other girl and I couldn't affor the rent, so I called my parents and they came and got me. End of story. Lucky for me as my husband of 38 years was home on leave from the Navy and we started dating! Love your quilts. Looks like you are doing great.
Welcome Anita, we are a chatty group, but a lot of fun. Love your work, I see that beautiful apron, was that a pattern, if so could you tell me which one? I am always wanting to make aprons for my DGDs and DIL so woukd appreciate it.
