Thanks, Marie, for the birthday greetings. It's been a nice day. Went to our son's wrestling meet this afternoon/evening, so I've not been home much. DH took me out for supper afterwards, so that was nice. I have enjoyed looking through your quilts. Hope you have a nice holiday season. Keep warm! Happy quilting. PQ
Hello Marie, How thoughtful of you to send me a birthday greeting. Thank you. I see you are from New London. I'm not sure where that is. I live in Zimmerman. It's north of Minneapolis about 40 miles. I go to quilt shops in Rogers, Elk River, and Princeton, and others when we travel or when I go toward the Cities. I loved looking at all your quilts. You are a busy lady. I am just getting back to quilting. I didn't do much over the summer. I will try and post some photos soon. Working on a lighthouse now for a friend in a nursing home who grew up in a lighthouse in Nova Scotia as a child. It's a surprise. She is only 64 and in poor health. So, I am anxious to get it to her. Thanks again for your wishes. Linda
The cats have recovered and are up to all their tricks. My husband keeps finding their balls with bells in them in his shoes. They love to get in our laps and cuddle anytime we sit down.
Thanks for asking about them.
Hi Marie - We had a very rainy time in MN. It was great from my stand point. Since we don't get much of that in the desert. I made it to 40 quilt shop on my trip there. My niece Dakota won a gift basket from the Cotton Shop in Hutchinson
