Hello Yolande! Thank you for your note. Yes, I would have loved to see the Monet exhibit with you. My Paris trip seems so long ago now that there is ice on the ground here.

Also true that I'm no longer with CT. I'm enjoying my time off while focused on looking for work. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the US, so I'm baking and getting ready for family to come here for our big dinner. That kicks off the Christmas season, so Happy Holidays!

J`ai présenté le défi Dear Jane aux membres de notre guilde cette semaine. La majorité ont été très emballé. Mes blocs vont bon train, c`est facile de devenir Janiacs une fois que l`on a débuté le projet. J`ai aussi choisé des tissus de style ancien entecoupé de tissus japonais car les taupes et gris aides à donner une allure antique.
C`est la saison des pommes chez nous alors aujourd`hui c`est les tartes aux pommes qui me feront chanter !
Est-ce que tu iras à Ste-Marie-les-Mines? J`aimerais tellemnt. Je vais essayer pour l`an prochain.

Je viens de commencer Dear Jane. Je m`en sers aussi pour le défi de ma guilde. J`ai choisi 60 blocs avec un medaillon central en appliqué.
J`aime beaucoup tes blocs. Je suis de St-Jean-sur-Richelieu au Québec. J`ai visité souvent la France et pris des cours de broderies à Paris et Boutis à Calvisson.

Yolande, Thanks for the info on the Dear Jane block. I admire the work all of you do. Most of my work is machine pieced or appliqued so I will try to convert this some rotary cutting and machine methods I have learned. I will let you know if I am successful.

Yolande you have some of the most interesting and different blocks that I have seen.
