Happy Birthday Kristin! I hope you enjoy your special day. I sure do miss seeing you around the site here. I missed out on your pattern/kit that I wanted soo bad but money was an issue and I missed out. Have a great day.
I'm glad your departure was by choice - whatever the circumstances that is always better than a lay off. How nice that CT is carrying your patterns. That says a lot about you! It is amazing how all this is affecting so many of us. I'm not mad, as some are, but I am grieving. Just glad Karen is staying on the site as a member, as are you.
The challenge is out, lets see how many of us can join the wonderful new campaign called Stitching for Pink !!! Starts today until 30 October. Its gonna be so much fun with 10 projects to complete. Come on Embroiderers lets unite and join the fight against Breast Cancer !!!
I just started on your Mom's design, Old Glory Nine patch~!
I didn't check to see if she has a page here.. but I will as soon as I send this.
I LOVE the choice of fabrics in this collection.
And have ordered more fabric to make a Log Cabin Star pattern I found in a Quilt' zine.
I have not gotten to finish the S.Stars yet , due to babysitting my grand baby for a yr.
I do plan to finish, but it is a lot more intricant to piece than the other kits I have so I will do it when Chloe is older.
Thanks to all that design here at C. T.

Kristin, you have done it to me again! I love the new red white and blue fabrics. I was looking at the kits, and thought - This one was designed by Kristin. And yes, it was! I love your designs. I am also working on finishing my Southern Stars, it's ready to quilt. And I am working on the Easter Bunny table runner you designed last year. You really have me hooked. But you know, I love it. Keep up the great work.
I like working from home. I don't get to do it as much as you do, but enjoy it when I can. You do work with a bunch of crazy ladies! It must be really fun in the CT office. I pulled out my southern stars blocks, vowing to get them together soon and finish it. Since I can see them, hopefully it will happen.
Hi Kristin, I hope you had a great Christmas! I am at home for the night, we always stay home for New Year's Eve. We used to party in our Navy days, but we were a lot younger then! Our one girlfriend would tell us to bring the girls over, and she would set them up in her bedroom watching TV, and sneek them lots of snacks. They loved her. Are you going to start any new groups anytime soon? I have been sucked into two of Mari's, she is a crazy lady! I think it's time to see if there's any leftover turkey in the fridge, I am hungry!
Hoppy New Year's Quilting!
I was just looking at the 'Christmas Quilts', and saw one titled 'Flakes in a Row', I think I messed that one up, but think you know which one I am talking about. And I clicked on it, and guess who designed it? Little ole' Kristin! I really love your designs. I just placed an order today, so I think this one will have to wait for a bit. The stars look familiar, but different somehow. You did something wacky to them, didn't you?
Oh Kristin, I was happy to hear from you until you said to stay out of trouble! If I can't be in trouble, what will I do? lol. I am glad you are back from hiding out. Yes, I love your designs, and Darlene's too. Maybe we are related. You could be my cousin! My brain has been thinking about the Southern Stars quilt, I want it to be king size, and I have been thinking about how to make it bigger. There just may be a designer in me!
I just saw your 'One fish, two fish' quilt. Why is it that I love all your designs? I was thinking, you can just put all of your designs in my basket and then send them to me. Then I will be happy with my purchase, and surprised too! When are you going to design a froggie quilt? I need that. Keep up the great designing!
