Hello-It was so great to hear from you...busy time of the year, the days just seem to fly by. We have been traveling a lot with Gary's work. Enjoy it to a point! lol Thanksgiving was fun with the two gdsons. Pretty soon they'll be too big to want to hang around with the old people, so take advantage of every moment. Glad to hear things are going well...have a great holiday!
Yeah it seems that people are starting to ask my name..before it was always just a screen name and I have always signed on as betweens and now people are more comfortable with the internet they like the first name basis...
I can`t believe they now have 31,500 members on this site...they are very close to TQS (the quilt show)!
What a great list of UFO`s it is an excellent idea. I think I will do the same and then I will be able to cross them off. It is so easy to get sidetrack.
Life is good as to be expected we have had a perfect summer weather wise that is for the people that like hot and sunny, now i hope for our winter we get snowing and blowing we need good quilting weather too.

Surprise! Good morning from Delburne Alberta.WOW it has been so long since we chatted. I still remember the beautiful picture you sent me of a lovely flower when I was complaining about our cold weather one day.Hope all is well with you. A great deal has happened here but we have survived. I bought a new Janome Memory Craft 11000 a couple of weeks ago and am loving it. Miss you.
Good thanks! Just finished March break from school (I teach kindergarten). It was great. Took my DD to Buffalo to shop for 2 days LOL as she had the same break as I did this year. Ate out for cheap, watched a movie in the hotel, it was great. Ordered some fabric online from Louisiana LOL, I hope it arrives soon. Our weather has been amazing. Hardly any snow this winter, temps around freezing and above, very strange. Usuqally I am shovelling daily LOL.Today is 22 (72 F). We are breaking all kinds of records. It has been nice but kind of scary.!
It's far more likely for me to wind up doing an easier quilt--whatever it is will be small. I want to participate in the guild challenges b/c I don't like being left out and I want to support the group--but I realized last year that some quilts must need to be small. Maybe my challenge quilt will be a simple nine-patch with a really cool applique border with vines and flowers! A small one!
