Itty Bitty Quilts

The Itty Bitty Quilts Book contains twelve 6" quilt seasonal patterns. Most are designed specific to the celebrations of the month. The projects will begin going up in January 2016, and two Itty Bitty Quilts will be revealed per month on the first and third Tuesdays.

Each project is available in two ways, a stand alone, downloadable pattern for $2.99 or the Itty Bitty Book! To help with the construction there is an Itty Bitty Stack of fabric available for purchase. I used these fabrics in the quilts found in the book.

I am a long time member of "Quilting With Us" (QWU). I used to give virtual workshops here. Like many others, I have ventured out as QWU became more quiet.

We are getting the warning that QWU is at risk of being disabled. I fear this is a sign that QWU will one day be no more.

It has become like family here and the thought of losing the friendships we have developed has giving me a sad heart. Like many dark clouds, there is a silver lining. When I ventured out, I created a quilters social network, much like QWU. I never mentioned it, for it was a conflict of interest. However, in this dark hour, it is time to let others know there is an alternative. It does not have to end here.

I would be honored for QWU members to join "Pattern Pastiche". If needed, we are more than happy to create a group for your new home.

I finished one of my December and January itty's. The December is a free pattern from CT instead of the candy canes.

I still have two to finish of each month, but they are about ready for binding.

Paws is a cutie, Sheila. And I love the name. I am late, February was supposed to be finished this January, if I was on track. I just didn't like the hearts, and couldn't figure out what to do. Then, I saw the hearts in the Gifty book. Finally!

Thanks for the comments on February. Remember, I am making THREE of each. I am not making 12, I am making 36! I was going to make one for me and one for DD1,then Myra wanted to make them, and thought we should make one for each other. One for ourselves, and one like it for each other. Oh Mama!

Awwwwwwwwww.  I love Paws.  Tuxedo cats always pull my heart strings.  Welcome to the family little man.

Three Years Old, Cindy - although he's a bit on the small side, he's got huge feet, long legs, and one of the longest tails I've seen on a cat. He came from a hoarding situation. He's eating like crazy so I'm wondering if he'll grow into the feet...hmmmm...

Spent today working on Nov & Dec Itty Bitty's (just not what was in the book - LOL!). Finished except for the hand stitching on the binding. That will be in front of the TV work.

I haven't been far away, Cindy - sometimes just lurking. Between the Splendid Sampler and the Secret Garden BOM, I've just been sew busy this year that I had to "Stop Following" some of my groups.  I wasn't getting anything done! So, I popped in once a week or so for a few minutes.

Oh he's o cute. Sheila. I thought he looked more like a kitten, too. I love a snuggler kitty.

Love it Froggie. I need to get mine finished. I don't even remember how far along I got, now.

Sheila what a charmer. Ah, 3 years or months? Wouldn't it be great if that was Paws' full grown size? So glad you are better and back with us.
