I am a long time member of "Quilting With Us" (QWU). I used to give virtual workshops here. Like many others, I have ventured out as QWU became more quiet.

We are getting the warning that QWU is at risk of being disabled. I fear this is a sign that QWU will one day be no more.

It has become like family here and the thought of losing the friendships we have developed has giving me a sad heart. Like many dark clouds, there is a silver lining. When I ventured out, I created a quilters social network, much like QWU. I never mentioned it, for it was a conflict of interest. However, in this dark hour, it is time to let others know there is an alternative. It does not have to end here.

I would be honored for QWU members to join "Pattern Pastiche". If needed, we are more than happy to create a group for your new home.

Love both of your Littles, Kathleen.  I believe that is where I stopped so need to get back to them and get July-Dec done.  Love the striped binding on the June one.

They look great Kathleen. Those aren't mistakes- they're learning experiences. LOL

Thanks ladies! I feel like I'm getting some good practice with everything on these, especially correcting mistakes!! ☺

Nicely done Kathleen. You've been busy.

May Little:

June Little (I did unstitch the binding on one side and retrim a border but can't remember which side now). It's not too lopsided now.

Thanks ladies!! The spiral is one LONG continuous dizzying spiral. I learned a lesson with spiral quilting. Even though this is a small piece, take breaks!! I was just about out of breath by the time I got done and that's when I noticed my curves were getting wobbly. But I still like it! Another time I may try a bunch of separate spirals scattered around, on a bigger quilt maybe. Did it with my walking foot so you know that's a slow go.

Kathleen, they're wonderful.! Love the circular quilting as well. It's perfect for the April pattern.

Very impressive, Kathleen.  Is that quilting spiral or concentric circles? Whichever, it's great.
