Quilt With Us

We had a discussion at our quilt guild today about the definition of a "mini" quilt. I'd like to poll this group to get your definition(s) of a "mini". Is it final size? Or is it a miniaturized version of a traditional block/quilt?

Second discussion point: Do you have any tips I can share with our members? I've been asked to do a series of five or six "lessons" on creating mini quilts since I suggested that our guild include a "mini" auction at our next quilt show. (What I get for making a suggestion, huh?)

I've read through a lot of the past discussions and have a lot of information already, but I appreciate any and all additional comments and tips.

Thanks in advance!
