So glad that some quilters still remember this site.  Phyllis, we used to chat regularly here.  The Mom that I made the Jelly Roll-Birds quilt for went into labour yesterday.  Waiting to find out what happened.

Weather has been frightful all week-end.  My daughter is here visiting me from B.C.  Our family has gotten together in spite of the bad weather and we've had a fun visit.

Nice to see a few people chatting here again. I am having fun at a quilt retreat this weekend. Great people and great creativity.

Hello ladies from rainy snowy windy Vancouver Island! We do not have as much snow as Newfoundland but a lot for here!

I am just plugging away on the Bonnie Hunter mystery waiting for spring! Last week the daffodils were coming up but....alas....under lots of snow now. Good thing they do not mind cooler weather.

I wish you all a wonderful sewing year ahead!

Congratulations, Peg, on the grandchild you are expecting.  You'll want to make a baby quilt, for sure.  Maybe that will get you back in the groove.

So nice to hear from you.  And a Merry Christmas to you and your family too.

It IS nice to see a comment on here, and to know you’re all still out there.  Lovely quilts Elizabeth, both could be great tops and I’m looking for ideas to use up scraps right now. I sold my mid arm machine, have slowed down considerably when it comes to quilting, but want to use up all the fabric sitting in my stash, these are great ideas.  Right now my husband and I are in France with friends, thoroughly enjoying ourselves. We get home only 4 weeks before Christmas so sewing will be put on the back burner except for a couple of gifts I want to make.  Then in the new year will begin with a vengeance as we are expecting another grandchild, yippee! So early Christmas greetings to all of you, in case I don’t get back here again.

Nice to hear a post here. I have never done paperless paper piecing but look forward to seeing it when it is done.

Below is my recently finished Autumn Quilt and its' pieced scrap backing.  I free motion quilted it in a large meandering motif.

Hello, Debbie!  Nice to hear from you.  We don't get too many posts on this forum anymore.  I check every time a notification comes in.  I still quilt every day and enjoy seeing what other quilters are doing and saying.
