I know you will love it Sandy!

Connie, this soup sounds good!!  Something quick for those days when you don't really feel like cooking.  it sounds like a weight watchers soup recipe that was only one point per cup,, i will have to look it up in my notebook of favs... hugs to all and keep those yummy things coming!

I've been going to post this recipe for a few weeks...just didn't get it done, but now that the weather is getting colder, days are shorter, and everyone is busy with the upcoming holidays, thought I should get this on here....nothing can be simpler than this when you are in a time crunch....

6 Can Soup    I'm going to double it next time I make it!!!

1 can each

chicken broth

chicken and rice soup

Ranch style beans

corn, undrained

Chicken breast chunks

Pour into a pot (I may use crock pot next time) and heat.

Serve with sour cream, cheese, green onions, tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers or even avacado slices.

It was really good!

Thank you for the soup recipe Donna.  I made a big pot of vegetable beef soup for today.  I threw all the stuff into my crockpot and let it cook overnight, woke this morning to rising temps but the soup still taste good. I will have to try this soup, my Mom used to make potato soup all the time.

I thought everyone might like a good soup for the chilly weather,,,

Potato Cheese Soup

2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine

1/3 Cup celery

1/3 cup onion

4 cups diced potatoes

3 Cups chicken broth

2 Cups Milk

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

dash of paprika

2 Cups shredded Cheddar cheese

In large sucepan melt butter over med heat.  Saute onion and celery until tender.  add potatoes and broth, cover and simmer until potatoes are soft.  Stir in milk and seasonings.  Add Cheese and heat only until melted.

I don't use the onion and celery, I usually just add a bit of minced onion to the butter and then go on from there.  I also omit the paprika. Enjoy!

Glad you got to make them Sandy,, I thought they turned out really well, I made some once that were really good but you had to dip them in flour then in egg and then in flour again and deep fry them,, what a mess!  I would much rather use the oven,,, I hate doing dishes,, lol

Ok, tried the zucchini sticks, they were very very good,, although i used one large zucchini instead of two medium.  I doubled the breading cause it didn't look like enough and i had to cook them about 12 to 15 minutes instead of the 7 mins that it says.

ohhhhhh and I used corn flake crumbs instead of bread crumbs...

they were very good.
