That is awesome Diane.......way to go.
It looks wonderful Diane.
I am way behind also. I had a complete right knee replacement just 2 weeks ago and I'm doing great but no sewing by machine yet. I am working on a few counted cross stitch pieces though.
Diane, it's wonderful! And I agree, done is better than perfect. But it looks perfect to me. Your border has a great 3-D effect to it. Way to go.
I have fallen behind. No surprise there. Am anxious to get going again. Saw another quilt where the colors were changed very similar to mine and it was gorgeous. I changed my gray to black as well as a couple other colors tweaked a bit. Am loving it.
it's done. had lots of issues with the borders. I decided done is Better than perfect, since perfect never happens
I am going to get started on Part #1 today. I have a lot of catching up to do! The temps here in Florida this morning are in the high thirties! We are getting an artic blast from Canada that is reaching this far south today. Tomorrow should be back in the 70's. Merry Christmas all!
Hi Cindy....glad to see you are feeling well and back into sewing...I have downloaded the BH clues but I do not have much fabric so I will wait and see....looking forward to seeing what everyone will do..Merry Christmas enjoy your day!
I was caught up, up till now. I will have to wait till after the new year when I return to Iowa from my daughters in Florida to continue on. I already messed, used orange in place of gold in clue 3(or was it clue 2) so had to remake ALL of them. Luckily I have plenty of fabric.
Hi Jennie. I have cut but not sewn yet so am also behind. Oh well. It will get done when I can.
Merry Christmas. everyone!
Hello ladies! Merry Christmas to you all. I am doing the Grassy Creek mystery this year also. My Frolic is at the longarm quilters being quilted! Whoohoo! I am waiting until after tomorrow to get started on Grassy Creek so I am a bit behind the clues. With traveling from NY to Florida the first week of December I couldn't get started any sooner. Looking forward to getting to know those I don't know and reconnecting with those that I do!
