Whoever said that retirement gives you more time to do the things you love to do, never really paid attention to the fact that there is not enough time in a day to do the things that really need to be done.
It's only fitting that Mother Nature has the last laugh on us - snowing right now and about 6-10 inches will fall by Saturday pm.

Quilting put into hiatus for now, too hot in my sewing room. I do have an air conditioner in there and can turn it on, but...if I decide to cut fabrics, I have to turn on the bright light so I can see what I'm cutting, then I have to turn on the 1700-watt iron so I can press the pieces, then turn on the Janome Horizon to start sewing, along with my Nook to listen to music.
