About Me
This will be the second quilt sewn with all the others joining in Connecting Threads, and yes, I am very excited to sew along blind. It is FUN not to know WHAT the end product will look like, yet many guessing what this certain quilt will be, so bring it on!

I am a mom, grandma, great grandma to 4 & 2 on their way.
This quilt will likely be for one of the little ones that have their noses out of joint when they are shocked to learn that it is not only THEM who will be getting future attention.

Wishing everyone a wonderful time quilting, with a HUGE success in the making of your quilt. Thank you for making this mystery quilt possible for those of us, yet not all of us, who have WAY too much time alone & are lonely. Gives us something positive to do during our long days.
Hobbies and Interests
quilting, applique, hand quilting, machine quilting, embroidery, crazy quilting, general sewing, knitting, gardening, general crafts, garment sewing
My pets are awesome!
Boogie Man (cat) He is named that because he hid under my bed for 5 days when I first got him. Now he will be, I am certain, in one or more of my photos!

I will finish this quilt by hand quilting, likely 1/4" away from each star and also the 4 patches.  MAY add something fun too around the edges.  Thank you to everyone for showing their quilts too!

I've been working on Flannel Baby quilts for a PG crisis center some place here in Nampa.  Have 3 almost finished.  Been working on the Log Cabin for our king size bed too.  If your FB is safe, I'll put you back on.  I have limited myself to getting on much.  sometimes I tire of it.

I think that I goofed and put the 4 fabrics together - twice!

#1 is Turquoise

#2 is Swirly mixture of colors

#3 is Pale roses on white

#4 is crimson Burgundy

AND I may pop in a bit of hot pink if I run out of the roses!  Or, if I just feel like it - sounds gross but will be ever so delightful!

The presented way to sew the flying geese is the easiest I've ever done!  Now  I know how to make flying geese 5 different ways.  I STILL cannot figure out what in the world this quilt will look like, but I'm REALLY enjoying the fun of it all!
