Wow I would have loved to be there to see that young girls quilt. Right now I am doing UFO's and am amazed how my ideas have changed. I am glad that I did wait to quilt a lot of these because I may add a border, scallop the borders and add quilting that makes the quilt so much prettier. I free motioned 5 quilts now, so it is time to start doing detail quilting. The UFO's are my practice sheet. LOL's. I am so glad you have someone to take pictures. Well best get ready for work. It is the last one for seven days and I just about have them all planned with some kind of quilting. Have a great day my friend Lori

Thank you. You are very kind. I do wish you had a camera. I would love to see your work. I am self taught and have never had anyone teach me anything until recently and I joined Sharon Schambers web site. I love her classses and have learned a lot from her just in the piecing and machine quilting. Up until recently I always had quilted. I can understand not following the rules. They say you have to practice practice before machine quilting. Not me, I just jumped in and started and I really like the resoults. Each quilt I learn something new. I have just a few quilts that I will not change colors because I like them so. Most I can find something that is not to my liking, color arrangement, ect. Quilting is an art. Each of of has a chance to express ourselves if we will just let go. I would love to be your friend. I bet it is cold your way. I work nights so better go sew for a little while. Will talk to you later and thank you again. Lori
