OMG, I am so seriously in love with the little guys on your photo!  Is there a tutorial or a pattern for them anywhere, or did you do them on your own?  I am hysterical, they are SO cute!  Thanks!

Hi Polkadot, I was reading through some of the posts and came across yours about spammers. I'm new at this posting stuff and I'm not quite sure what you mean. Can you explain? Also, after 7 years of quilting, I too, am only working on smaller projects now. I'm concentrating on table runner, toppers, and placemats. I'm not real good with free motion quilting, so I need to take some classes on it. I'd hate to ruin a great looking pieced project.

It's a Debbie Kratovil pattern. It's paper pieced. I'll mail you a copy.

Thanks, Polk. She's the oldest of our 3 grandkids and the only girl. She's also bilingual (Chinese and English). It's fascinating to see her switch back and forth between languages. Mommy speaks only Chinese to her; daddy speaks only English, as per my wishes (I'm a retired language teacher).

Good Morning, Polkadot!

I live on the other side of the country in a small community in Washington state. We have no state income tax; however, our sales tax and property tax are higher than average.

Thanks for the link to the decadent brownies. Our guild has sign up for treats each month and I plan on making these bars. Everyone raves over chocolate.
