quilting, applique, paper piecing, general sewing, general crafts

I have been quilting since 1994. I like to try all the new techniques at least once and then I am on to the next new thing. Right now, I like to do small quilts like wall hanging and table runners/toppers. I have few UFO but a lot of USO (un-started objects). Quick and easy is my thing.

Hi Vilma.  Just wanted to let you know that you should edit the forum so that you can have a list of the participants right under the discussion as that will be much easier for you to keep up with.  Just click where it says "options" and then click where it says "edit" and you should be able to add the names.  Unfortunately one of the huge limitations to this site compared to others is that only the person who sets up a discussion forum can edit it.  They should really allow listowners/moderators to do that as well.  What if someone posted a really nasty thing because they were mad or something?  <shudder>

Good morning Vilma.  Would you please check with Shery to see if she still wants to remain a member of the PAW group?  We have decided it is time to delete some people who have not been active for quite a while (some never were), but I don't want to delete her if she is still interested.  Thanks.

Hi Vilma.  I would like to make a comfort quilt for Rachel.  If you would like to participate, please send me a 6-1/2" heart block (pattern of your choice) to:

Vilma, you posted a question for next year's swap/row or round robin. I may have some ideas for you but need a little more information regarding what type of projects you guys like to do.

Vilma, I will be at festival. We can meet on Saturday or Sunday. I don't know that I will be able to make it on Friday. What days will you be there? When will you be in town? We will make a meeting happen and yes, you can bring my block.

ok, Vilma.  I want to join in on the fun of some of the swaps, and have not figured out how to do so.  Fortunately, I am a better at quilting than I am at technical stuff like computers

Hi Vilma!

Rather than "bore" the rest of the online quilters, I thought I'd say HELLO directly!

Does AR mean you are now located in Arizona?

I'm viewing your photo's as I type this, you do beautiful work...

Good morning,

As I look out on a Manitoba prairie landscape, I thought i'd take a break and admire your photos of all your projects. Nice work. I also like doing things once and move on, if scrappy all the better. There is no end to ideas and techniques to try. Lately, I read The Inbox Jaunt daily as I try to improve free motion skills. What is your latest project?
