Your first message said we needed to design block and that scared me away but if all we need to do is say a block pattern that sounds doable . Sign me up.

I spent evening listening to Xmas movies and working on SUDOKO, no sewing even
if felt like spending on my new BROTHER baby gift sewing machine I dragged home from the store. Beautiful little machine good price.

If you're doing Kindle it will be easy to read them in order. It's more fun that way.

Hello, thankyou for your reply, its quite amazing you living in wollongong. Siobhan one of the rellies went to unni in woolongong and her boyfriend lives there now. The family farm in Cowra, it is a small world. The family coming next week went to school in sydney i think it was called Pimble girls school.
It sounds great going to the sydney quilt show, you will no doubt have a spend, material stalls i swear all have magnets attached to make us spend..smile. have a great time and tell me all about it, i love shows.
Good morning megan from the UK. Welcome to this wonderful forum, you will find everyone so helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. What part of australia are you from, we have had 3 separate lots of rellies from australia since february, only another 2 lots of 5 and 2 then its time for my holiday.....
I have just finished a dresden plate small quilt, i am very pleased with it. I struggle with putting them on the photos, i dont seem to be able to do it. My pics are in a programme called picasa, you may have heard of it, i keep trying. Lovely morning here to wake up to.
Bye for now, marianne
Megan,
Thank you very much. I so glad to have someone from Australia as a friend. My DDIL lived in Australia before she married my son. I love to hear about her time there. It is fascinating to me to think that you are having winter while we have summer. I have three grandsons. I have spent this past week with 2 of my grands.
I just finished the top for an I Spy youth quilt. It was so much fun. After I finish one more youth top for another baby born in our church, I'll quilt it and post. I'm thinking about making a suduko quilt with the grands. I started one grandson on Suduko this week. I'm not great at them but find it relaxing to work on a puzzle at lunch or dinner time. I'm a widow so eating alone is fun.
I also love log cabins. I have only done a few starts never an entire quilt.
I look forward to getting to know you.
