I have been married to a wonderful man for almost 42 years and have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I have been quilting for about 6 or 7 years and am now addicted to it. I have about 45 to 50 unfinished projects, but can't say "no" when another cute one comes along. My collection???? Well, it's fabric. Just can't get enough of it.
Three quilt stores in Mountain Home?! Who'd have thought! Last time I was there I saw there was a second one, but the only one I've been to is the one in the downtown area in what used to be a house. It was very cute. And I got my best tool ever there -- a hemostat for pulling the needle through multiple layers of fabric or through a seam when hand quilting.
Funny that your daughter lives in McHenry County, too. Is she a quilter? Lots of good quilt stores around here.
