Hi Susan. I asked my dealer and Vicky said you could buy the towels from them to get the truck design. Here's their number Galesburg Sewing Center 1 800 962 7180 (cell) 1 309 343 5019 land line.  Ask for Vicky and you can see if she can hook you up.

Hi susan, thanks for your recommendation, i have used a soft childs pint brush to de fuzz, i think i will take it in for an overhaul, if i worked as hard as the machine, i would need a regular overhaul...smile.  hope you are feeling a little better each day, if you look back 2 weeks what you felt like and how you feel today, thats when you will see the difference.  Well easter is almost here, i do like Easter and its centiment.  I heard today that cadburys chocolate are refusing to put Easter Egg on their packaging, in fear of upsetting non christians, how terrible is that.  Everyone i know is bouycotting anything cadbury made, hope this little act will have some impact.  Going to our grandsons birthday family party on Saturday eve he will be9yr old,but such a bright child, i feel i need my encyclopedia in my bag...smile

Hello Susan, i was wondering how you are getting along with your recovery. It will certainly take time, and thats the frustrating thing to cope with. Hope the awful feeling of nausia has gone for good.
I do hope you r able to continue to improve, you know what to do to aid your recovery, just do them and in time you will realise how much better you begin to feel.chin up. ttfn Maianne

Hello Susan,

Great to hear from you.  I am sorry to hear of the difficulty you are having.  Have the medics given you a time frame.  Yes it would be lovely to met if you come over to UK.  Have you been here in the past, its very different to Florida.  Are you still there.  I have been to NADFAS today its a Fine Arts meeting, we usually have a great lecture and today it was about Bes of Hardwick, so interesting.  Are you on skype?

Hi Susan,

I really do hope you are improving a little each day.  Its very weakening whenever one has surgery, so be patient, all will be well in the fullness of time.

Your drive out and sitting on the porch sounds perfect.

Do take care, regards Marianne

Hi susan,

Good to hear from you, its important now that the rehab time is taken serious, i am sure you will do everything the medics say to do, so you will recover well.

I have done little pieces of sewing but nothing to speak about, i just dont seem to be able to decide and get down to anything really.

I cut lots of 2.1/2 " strips from scraps of material, the intention is to try the strips quilt as shown on the jenny reyman forum.  I usually pay and subscribe to her, its very informative.

Well better get my head down, its getting late, i have just been on skype for a while chatting to my sister in Australia, its a great communication tool.

Bye for now.

Hello Susan,

I must apologise if I didnt rely to your last email, I think it may have got lost in the aftermath of the festive season. However, I would like to wish you and your family all the very best of everything for 2016, and pray its going to be a good one for us all.  I have to say, my voice and vocal chords are so much better, everyone says I am back to normal, but I know I am not quite there yet.  I am continuing to do the excercise, but I was told there is no guarantee of  getting back to where I was with volume.  I am just so happy I am in the position I am, God is good.  Yes I have been busy and have a little success with my embroidery machine.  I have just finished a cushion for a friend its their 50th wedding anniversary so did a congratulations on the back, it looks good too.  They have invited family and friends to Afternoon Tea at Guisborough Hall tomorrow, so that will be , they are a lovely couple but have not had an easy path over the past few years, they are such an inspirational pair though.

The family are all wall, Simon and his family went skiing to France over the holidays, they all enjoyed it too, it made me feel as though I wanted to join them, but I am not going to tempt fate, I did love skiing though.  We have not planned our holidays yet for this year, I think we had such a busy one last year, I couldnt face any decisions, but will have to put our mind to booking something though.  What do you do for holidays, have you anything planned this year?
