Baked Potato Bag Pattern

I put up a a picture of this project & someone asked for the pattern - it was a kit that someone bought me at a quilt store out of state - there's no info on where it came from and no copyright info, so I assume its ok to share. Wish I could give credit to whoever created it, but I have no clue!
