Quilt With Us

I'm so happy... I finally got something accomplished today. It took me most of the day cause I took my time (still tired and weak from pneumonia) but I did 2 of the Block-of-The-Month club blocks. I have a to-do list with at least 20 unfinished projects on it and crossing something off the list is so satisfying. of course I'm starting with the easy things...and work my way up to the projects I'm having trouble wrapping my head around. We'll see what I can do through next week...I don't have to return to work until Nov. 8th.

Thanks everyone...I definitely don't want a relapse, I'll take it slow.

Please be careful with your recovery of Pneumonia as it can turn around and bite you again. Trust me, I know. Do not rush back to work too quickly as your health is very important. Rest a lot. Enjoy good days ahead

I know it feels good to work on projects, but don't push it too hard too fast, okay? We want you good and well.

Pneumonia doesn't go away that easily unless you rest a lot. Take it easy.

Yeah! I have been thinking about what needs to be finished in my project pile too. I need to make a list and get into attack mode after the holidays.

Glad you're feeling well enough to work on some projects. Continue to take it easy, though. Remember to have a follow-up x-ray of your lungs in another week or two to make sure the pneumonia is fully gone. Not all doctors prescribe that automatically and they should -- even if you're feeling fine.
