Well after weeks of hunting I finally found my camera photo transfer cable. Now I'm able to transfer and share some of my pictures of our local quilt show held last month. A month or two ago I saw the darn thing and told myself, "what a safe place for my cord"...and then promptly walked away and got my fingers into something else. So a few weeks ago when I went to download my quilt show photos, my cord wasn't were I left it and things started to get hectic. I needed that cord. I couldnt loose it now.....I have two family weddings this month and need that thing. So....you ask...."where was it?". You will not believe this. I found it at the bottom of a basket that I keep on my cutting table. The basket holds all my cutting tools....4 different rotary cutters, scissors, exacto knife, box cutter, circle cutter etc. Now why did I think that was a good, safe place for my camera cord is beyond me. Makes one wonder about ones self.
So here's the photo I wanted to share with you last month. This was our raffle quilt for this year....we always draw for the winner at the close of our show...one of our own guild members won. Another guild member dafted the design for us so it was an original...all hand appliqued. Here's a close up of one block,
The quilting on it was amazing....also done by a local longarmmer.
Now I get to go pack the motorhome...tomorrow we head out for our son's wedding this coming Saturday.
