Quilt With Us

I got a lot of sewing done while they were finishing the tile. I designed a medallion for over the sink, but what you have to go through to get it together and up...was going to be too costly. So, went with one already made, that I really like. This is a job, but very happy with the results. In the meantime, I made a mini bow purse! So, was a successful day! Will work on bags for the children hospital today for Beads of Courage.

Have a great day!

Thanks Terry...yes, I have the set of drawers that I had to sacrifice for the dishwasher and that part of the old counter. It holds a lot of fabric! The purse is for our DIL's mother.

That looks great Pam, and I like the purse too!  Did you ever get the removed cabinets for your sewing room?

Wonderful bag!  Beautiful tiling, esp. the medallion!  I'm suffering from kitchen envy!

Pam,,, love your new tiles and the medallion is great.   They all blend well with your cupboard tones.  Would work in my kitchen too!!!  Even go with my wood floor.

We have redone this kitchen 2 times, and the kitchen in our old house 1 time.  Nice to have a space to go to when they are working.  Even tough both times, my Dh and I removed all the old cabinets before the new,,, saved $$$ that way.

I love how your kitchen turned out Pam.  I am hoping to put a tile backspash up in my kitchen next year at least around the cupboards along with a new countertop.

Oh Pam, I love your tile and the beautiful medallion. I love the natural tones. They are not only pretty but you can put any color with them. I just bought the mini bow tuck bag pattern.  A woman came to church with that purse and several of us just HAD to get the pattern.  I want to make it for my friend in Indiana for Christmas. I love the color of your bag.
