Quilt With Us

Pretty excited about today.  Wildflower Rhapsody goes on the fame.  It is laying across the frame as we speak ready to be pinned on.  I chose a pattern from Anne Bright that has tiny flowers and butterflies in it.  I can't wait to see how it quilts out.  I will post pictures when I get it finished!

I did get my FIL sugery quilt finished and quilted this weekend, now it's time for the binding!

I hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Debra, I posted on your page about Mountain Mist.  I won't use their polyester batting.  I saw you say you have their cotton batting, I've not used their cotton batting but I assume it's just like the other cottons, so it should be fine.  I heard from a couple other LAQ's that MM poly batt is highly flamable, and I just won't take the risk.

Roxann you mentioned in another post that you don't use Mountain Mist batt because it's a fire hazzard. May I ask why? I have never used it and have some to use on my DGbabt's quilt. She is only 2 month old. And I am worried that I should buy a different brand.

We all need a session, or two or three, of color therapy. It is snowing AGAIN here in NJ. I didn't go in to work, so I not only have snow day, I have a sew day!
