Quilt With Us

I finished this miniature block today. I got the pattern from a book called Miniature to Masterpiece by Nancy Johnson-Srebro. I will tell you the block is appropriately named. The cover of the book shows this done in a full size quilt with nine blocks and pieced diamond border.  One block was enough for me! I did learn alot making it and glad to have it under my belt.

Must be a gazillion pieces in that block.  But hey, you did a fantastic job on it.  It is very pretty.  Something that I don't have the patience for.

In quilt making it is always fun to try something at least once.  Sometimes you discover "never again" and sometimes it becomes a new favorite or passion.

Looks good to me.

It is beautiful and really worth the work though.

Looks great!  As a mini maker myself, I can truly appreciate your work.  I have a lot of never again quilts but glad I made them.

Outstanding despite it being a 'never again' quilt.

It is hard at any size. What is the size of this quilt? You did a beautiful job. Do not give up. When the mood hits again, try one a bit more simple.
