Quilt With Us

Here's one block My Dear Jane I-8.  If you click on my picture, you can go to my page and see what I've been doing.

We are still in draught in Texas and have lost many trees and shrubs, but were spared the horrible fires at our house.  We have had three fires this year that were too close for comfort ranging from 2-10 miles away.  We have packed up twice.  The weather is finally cooling and hope the worst is over for the year.

Mick and I and the kids are all doing fine.  Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

I love it and you do such beautiful work.  I am so happy to hear that you are finally feeling "out from under the hammer".  I have one question for you,  Did you finally run out of polka dots? Do I need to help you find some more?  Oh well, 2 questions.

I really like the colors in this one. IMHO it would just get really boring if we had to Stop Starting new projects Before finishing Old ones!!!!

You have wonderful blocks, I can't wait to see how you'd put them all together.

Glad to know the fires missed your place.  I hope this winter brings your much needed water.

Thanks BJ and Pam.  I hope that's all the fires around here for a long time.  I think the latest count was 1600 homes destroyed.

Glad you showed the block here. It is so cute! Glad the fires are staying away from you, hoping the drought ends soon down your way.

Your blocks are always perfect in shape, color, and fabric. Those fires were horrible and never ending. I'm so glad you were missed!
