Quilt With Us

In one of mother nature's naughty moments she has sent us snow. No. No. No snow now. Wait until Christmas Eve after everyone has finished traveling. Not just snow but blowing snow. DH and I are scheduled to fly out tomorrow. The airport is 110 miles away and there are some mountainous areas involved. Glancing out I see nothing but white. Not amusing at all.

There are few member of our family. Six to be exact. This is supposed to be our full family Christmas. The first with grandbaby. I'm hoping this stops soon and the highway dept can clean it up and the wind stops. Please.

Okay, whining is over. I want to wish everyone on QWU a happy holiday and safe travels for you and/or your families. Be sure to laugh a lot and eat too much fudge.

Will pray for you and your family for safe travels by all.  I've seen the winds in WY and I hope they stop too.  Doesn't do the DOT any good to plow if your wind blows like a banshee  .Merry Christmas to you and your fam.

I hope the weather clears up for you.  We are not going to have any snow on Christmas here in Mid-MIssouri.  Guess Old Man Winter decided last yr's excessive amts of snow was enough to last us through this yr too.

Yes, Mother Nature can sure bring in the surprises when we least expect them. Maybe more are on the way and the roads will be bare and wet. Have safe travels to the airport and have a Joyful family get together. Love that new baby!!!!    MERRY CHRISTMAS from our family to yours!!!!

Safe travels...it never fails that you need added pressure! Breathe...you've been through worse and laughed when you got there. Have a cuddly Christmas with that baby...it only gets better! Merry Christmas...

I can sympathize with you Barbara, traveling in snow is no picnic. Especially when several miles are involved. We are getting freezing rain, snow mix at the moment. I have to go out for choir practice but it's just a couple of miles across town.  I hope your snow stops and the roads get cleaned up before you have to venture out for your Christmas family time. Merry Christmas
