Thanks for visiting my page Char, and I appreciate your nice comment. I can't tell you how inspiring you are to me to keep going on my new quilting adventures! Your work is beautiful...and your commitment to this art is obvious. Have a great Friday!
THanks Char for your wonderful comment on my applique!! I hope you get a chance to do this quilt it is Aunt Millie's Garden by Piece of Cake.. the pieces are easy to work with and any fabric is complimentary
Thank you so much for your kind comment on Sunbonnet Sue. I apologize for just now thanking you, a new block is up. :)
I am down to the finish line on this little quilt... almost, that is. I like 4 more blocks. I hope to give it to my G-Granddaughter for her 5th birthday, which is March 8. (I don't like tight deadlines! ha)
Hopefully your DH is getting to wait at home while the repairs are being done. It's really a bummer to wait on the road. My hat's off to him....I love going East - West on a southern route. And wouldn't mind a North - South route in the summer. Definately would rather sit home than do it in the winter. I can drive in the snow..just prefer not to. If there's ice - I park. Don't like throwing chains. Guess they would consider me a "prima donna" driver. Main reason I am buying a new truck is to be compliant with the emission standards in CA so I can stay on this dedicated run.
Well, I would imagine it would depend upon whether or not you prefer to make them or would like to sell the patterns. Some people love making them and others want to make them once and sell the pattern instead. That's great that you've been able to sell so many!
I know what you mean. that is why I got into machine quilting and sewing for others. Something has to pay for all that fabric and such! ;-) Only problem is, now I have less time to work on my own stuff!
You have a really good eye for design and fabric selection. Are you marketing your patterns?
